西藏拉萨、湖北襄阳、重庆万州、陕西杨凌4个综合保税区今天(5月27日)通过国家验收，其中拉萨综保区的设立填补了西藏没有海关特殊监管区的空白，实现了海关特殊监管区的全国覆盖。截至目前，全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)设立海关特殊监管区域168个，综合保税区156个。
Lhasa, Tibet, Hubei Xiangyang, Chongqing Wanzhou, Shaanxi Yangling four comprehensive bonded area today (May 27) through the national acceptance, including the establishment of Lhasa comprehensive security zone to fill the blank of no special customs supervision zone in Tibet, to achieve national coverage of special customs supervision zone. Up to now, the country's 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) set up 168 special customs supervision areas and 156 comprehensive bonded zones.
