　　I'd like to talk about a presentation I gave to my classmates last semester about sustainable living practices. This was for my Environmental Science course, and I had to present to about 25 students in my class.

　　The talk was about simple ways college students can reduce their environmental impact in daily life. I covered things like reducing plastic waste, saving energy in dorms, buying second-hand clothes, and choosing more sustainable food options. I tried to make it practical rather than preachy, focusing on small changes that wouldn't cost extra money.

　　I chose this topic because I'd been trying to live more sustainably myself and realized many of my classmates wanted to help the environment but didn't know where to start. Our professor had given us freedom to pick any environmental topic, so I thought this would be most useful for everyone.

　　Honestly, I was really nervous beforehand because I'm not usually comfortable speaking in front of groups. My hands were shaking when I started, and I was worried people would find it boring or think I was being too serious. But once I got into it, I felt more confident, especially when I saw people taking notes and nodding along.

　　Afterwards, several classmates came up to ask questions and said they found it helpful. One girl even started bringing reusable containers to the cafeteria. That made me feel really good about overcoming my nerves and actually making a small difference.
