I think it's hard for people to succeed if they don't let others know their strengths.If no one knows your strengths,it's hard for them to trust you and give you a chance.So if you don't let others know your strengths it's hard to succeed in life .

I think you have a chance to succeed without letting people know your strengths and your merits.In the process of letting others know themselves,people must reveal themselves,inevitably,many shortcomings will be revealed,thus missing some potential opportunities.On the contrary,if you don't expose yourself too much sometimes you will win people's favor and get ahead.
