Therefore, it is understandable why financial rewards are a major factor behind the effort people put into their work.

　　However, dedication in working is not solely about making money; there are numerous other reasons why people strive in their careers. One significant factor is the need for self-fulfillment. Many individuals find that their work satisfies their desire for purpose and achievement. They do not merely work for the paycheck but also because they are passionate about what they do, deriving a sense of accomplishment from their contributions. Additionally, work provides essential social opportunities. The workplace is a primary setting for social interactions, allowing individuals to make new friends and build meaningful relationships, which can be fulfilling in their own right.

　　Moreover, work is a valuable source of learning and personal growth. Many people work hard because their jobs offer opportunities to learn new skills and acquire knowledge that is beneficial for both personal and professional development. 　　In conclusion, while earning money is undoubtedly a significant motivator for hard work, it is not the only reason.
