TASK 1

Some managers tend to check worker’s task closely or frequently, while others tend to let employees work on their own and check their work occasionally. Which is do you think is better?

Sample Answer

Well, I think it's better for the managers to check their employees work frequently and closely.

The primary reason is that this can make sure that employees can focus on the things they are supposed to do, like sending e-mails, analyzing data and communicating with clients. Instead, if there is no supervision, they may be distracted. Like they may send messages to their friends on the phone or even browse online shopping sites.

Besides, doing this can strengthen the relationship between managers and workers because they get to communicate more often and exchange their ideas. Therefore, the managers will know how the employees feel about their job and what their needs are, so they can make some changes to improve their job satisfaction.

Some people believe that governments will one day replace paper currency with digital payment system such as credit cards, while others believe that governments should continue the use of paper money and coins. What do you think?

Sample Answer

I believe that governments will one day replace paper currency with digital payment systems such as credit cards and mobile payment platforms.

The primary reason is that digital payments offer greater convenience and efficiency. By transitioning away from physical currency, people no longer need to carry wallets filled with paper bills and coins. Using smartphones or cards to make payments is not only faster but also simplifies daily transactions. From a governmental perspective, digital systems can enhance the transparency of financial flows.

Besides, digital payments help individuals track their spending more effectively. When using cash, it is easy to lose sight of how much money is being spent and exceed one’s budget. In contrast, digital transactions provide automatic records, encouraging more conscious spending.

New Requirement for Architecture Students

seasonal dimorphism

TASK 4

Maximizing
