Well, I definitely think that the café should be designed as a place for students to talk with their friends and watch TV on big screens.

That's because the café is supposed to be a place for students to take a break. You know, college students are under tremendous pressure, they have to spend at least ten hours a day at school taking classes, dealing with assignments and stuff like that. So, they're pretty stressed out. And if they could go to a café, they are able to grab something to eat or drink and hang out with their friends, which could definitely help them get relaxed.

Besides, I think if students want to study, they could always go to other quiet places like the library or their dorms. So, there's really no need to turn the new café into another study room.
