Most children used to start attending school at their six or seven years
old while nowadays more and more children in cities start attending school from
a young age. Concerning this phenomenon, some people hold that it is good for
children’s development to attend school in an earlier age while others entertain
opposite opposition. From my point of view, I am inclined to support the former
one. The reasons are as following.
过去大多数小孩都是在六岁或七岁就开始上学，但如今越来越多城市里的小孩在还很小的时候就开始上学。对于这个现象，有些人认为小孩子早点上学有利于他们的发展，但也有人持相反看法。在我看来，我倾向于支持前者。理由如下。
First, to attend school from a young age provides a better environment for
children to grow up healthier, especially those children in cities. With the
need of work, many parents in cities cannot spend a lot of time with their
children and that will influence children developing healthy. In contrary, if
children have a chance to attend school at their earlier age, they will get more
chance to play with their fellows, which is good for them to have an
unforgettable childhood.
首先，早教为小孩，尤其是为城市里的小孩，提供了能让他们更加健康地成长的环境。由于工作的需要，城市里很多父母没法花费太多的时间来陪他们的孩子，这会影响孩子的健康成长。相反，如果小孩在还很小的时候就有机会上学，那他们就有机会和他们的同伴玩，这有利于他们留下一个难忘的童年。
Second, it is helpful for children to independent from their parents. If
children attend school from a young age, they will be taught to deal with their
own things at an earlier age and learn to be independent.
第二，早教也有助于小孩独立于父母。如果小孩接受早教，他们在很小的时候就会被教会处理自己的事情，学会独立。
Finally, to attend school from young age, children have more chance to meet
with different people and encounter various situations, which has a contribution
to their adaptation to society and their practice of strain capacity.
最后，早教使得小孩拥有更多的机会遇见不同的人，不同的场合，这对于他们适应社会，锻炼他们的适应能力是有帮助的。
Therefore, I advocate that children should attend school from a young age.
However, parents also need to spend more time with their children at the same
time so that they can have more chance to communicate with each other.
因此，我提倡小孩子应该接受早教。但是，同时父母也应该花更多的时间陪伴小孩，这样父母和子女之间才有更多的机会互相交流沟通。
