To: Mr. Fleming, From: Bradley Art Museum Date: April 19 Dear Mr. Fleming, I would like to sincerely thank you for your very generous art donation to the Bradley Art Museum, As a small gesture of thanks, the Museum board would like to offer you a V.l.P. pass for you and any guests you choose to accompany you to our new and exciting exhibition in Scotland starting on May 28. This exhibition has been in the making now for 10 years and we are sure that you and yours will truly enjoy the event. This V. l. P. pass also includes complimentary meals at our newly refurbished restaurant in addition to a champagne reception when you first arrive. We also have at your disposal a museum store where you can purchase many special gifts for your family and friends back home. Products consist of high quality books, eyewear, and perfumes. On May 29, we are going to start the special series on several kinds of topics. In particular, on the evening of May 30, there will be a talk given by Ralf Simmons concerning “The Art Behind the Art.” This will take place in Carney Hall and next day, visitors will be offered a guided tour of the museum grounds.
