To : All employees From: Jennifer Lachey, Director Date: May 31 Subject: Identification Card The Company Gym Board decided that everyone who wishes to use the free gym facilities should present the gym reception desk with a new ID card. Holders of the old ID card will not be allowed to enter the gym or use any of its facilities. New cards will be approved only for current, registered full-time employees. Interim staff and interns can use the existing card without any inconvenience. In order to issue the new card, along with personnel documents, employees should turn in their two recent photos and a recent medical report from the company physician. The new cards are issued by the Employee Card Office(located in the jean Marie Building next to the main gate) between 9 am and 5 pm. The new ID cards will start being issued on June 1 until June 15. Please note that no documents will be accepted by fax or by representatives. You do not have to give in your old card but you won't be able to use it after June 15.
