Plus, many of us spend most of our time indoors staring at screens, so forests provide that vital connection with nature we're craving. The peace and quiet is just therapeutic.

Well, it really depends on personal preference and mood. Natural views definitely have this calming, almost meditative quality that helps you unwind and feel more grounded. But city views can be equally stunning - there's something exciting about seeing a bustling skyline with all those lights twinkling at night. I'd say natural views are better for relaxation, while city views are more energizing and inspiring.

Absolutely, I believe everyone needs some form of nature in their lives, even if it's just a small park or a few houseplants. We've evolved surrounded by natural environments, so I think it's hardwired into us. Without any green spaces, people tend to feel more stressed and disconnected.
