J&G commits to ensuring that, prior to attending interviews with potential employers, you are briefed and given advice on interview techniques. After you have completed nine months' continuous employment with us, we will carry out a Career Development assessment with you.

4 Helping you avoid accidents at work
J&G commits to informing you of any health and safety regulations, and will contact your employer immediately if you make us aware of any health and safety issues. If you find you are facing significant danger in an assignment, we will give you our full support and make it a priority to search for another assignment for you.
