The maps depict the change in the layout of Porth Harbour from 2000 to the present.

In 2000, a main road traversed from north to southwest of the harbour. In the north of the harbour, a car park, connected with the main road, together with showers and toilets, sit adjacent to the marina for private yachts. Going further to the east, a dock accommodated passenger ferries with a public beach to its east. In the southern area, another road ran east to west, alongside another car park and fishing boat dock, leading to a lifeboat outlet. In the southeastern corner, a disused castle neighbored a stretch of public beach.
