1 Do you like rainy days?

Not particularly, no. I don't like having to think about wearing a coat or finding an umbrella. Also, the streets get a bit mucky when it's raining and I don't like that.

2 Does it rain much in your city?

Not very often, no. It rains mainly in summer – and when it rains it rains really hard. But for most of the year it's pretty dry – in fact, probably too dry really.

3 Would you like to live in a dry or wet place?

I'd prefer to live in a place which has fairly normal seasons and has enough rain to be good for the fields and the crops and the plants, but not too much that it's annoying. I spent a holiday in Ireland once, and it rained every day almost – I don't like that at all.

4 Have you canceled any plans because of rain?

Yes, quite a few times. You see, I do a few outdoor sports, like basketball on an outdoor court at my university campus. So, if it rains, we have to cancel. It's so annoying.
