海南大学11月份雅思考试疫情防控期间入校须知（2022年11月1日更新）

根据国家和海南省疫情防控政策，为做好雅思考试疫情防控工作，请所有在海南大学考点参加考试的考生了解并遵守以下规定：

In accordance with the national and Hainan Province epidemic prevention and control policies, Hainan University IELTS test center issued this entry notice for better epidemic prevention and control for the IELTS test. All test takers registering for Hainan University IELTS tests are requested to understand and abide by the following regulations:

1.考生须在考前7天内填报个人防疫信息。填写本问卷即已知悉并同意提交的个人信息将仅使用于海南大学防疫审查。未及时填报或提供错误虚假信息者将不予入校参加考试，一切后果由考生本人承担。

Test takers must fill in the questionnaire form of personal epidemic prevention and control information within 7 days prior to the test. The questionnaire is exclusively used for epidemic prevention scrutiny of Hainan University. Anyone who fails to fill in the form in time or provides false information will not be admitted to take IELTS test, and all consequences shall be thereby borne by the test taker.

2.考生在进入本考点时，须符合以下要求：

Test takers should meet the following requirements before entering the campus For IELTS test:

（1）所有考生须符合考前7天内无海南省外旅居史（通信大数据行程卡显示"到达或途经"仅为海南省内地区）。

All test takers must have no travel history outside Hainan Province within 7 days prior to the test (as shown on the big data travel history record as "arrived or passed by" exclusively within Hainan Province).

（2）考前7天内有海南省内中高风险区域所在县市旅居史、被疾控部门判定为密接/次密接或与感染者时空重叠、以及14天内有境外及港台旅居史的考生，暂时不能进入校园参加考试。

The following test takers are not allowed to enter the campus for IELTS test for the time being:

---test takers with a history of living in or traveling from medium or high risk areas in Hainan Province within 7 days prior to the test;

---test takers who have been identified by the disease control and prevention department as having close contact or secondary close contact with, or overlapping in time and space with any infected person with positive nucleic acid test;

---test takers with a history of living in or traveling from other countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan within 14 days prior to the test.

（3）考生需提供考试前48小时内2次由海南省内医疗机构出具的核酸检测阴性报告参加考试（电子版或纸质版均可）。

Upon arrival at the test entrance, test takers must present 2 negative nucleic acid test reports issued by Hainan-based medical institutions with 48 hours validity prior to the first test day (calculated based on the time the report is issued. Test report in paper or electronic version bears the same validity.)

（4）由于疫情情况多变，请考生考前密切关注我们公告网页的最新通知。同时请考生按照海南省卫生健康委员会官网最新发布的《风险区分类和防控措施》附表的要求完成健康监测管控期满后，凭本入校须知要求的核酸检测阴性报告参加考试。

Test takers are also requested to, before admission to IELTS test with the negative nucleic acid test reports, complete the health monitoring and control process according to the requirements of Risk Areas Classification, Prevention and Control Measures released by Hainan Provincial Health Commission on its official website. Due to the unpredictability of the pandemic, we would like to remind all test takers to pay close attention to any latest notices on our website before test day.

（5）所有参加考试的考生须出示本人疫情防控行程码、地点码及海南省健康码，三码必须为绿码。

Upon arrival at the test entrance, all test takers must present their epidemic prevention and control travel history code，location code and Hainan Province health code. All three codes must be in green.

（6）考试期间请考生注意个人防护，保持1米安全距离。除核验身份时按要求摘带口罩外，须全程佩戴口罩。

We would like to warmly remind all test takers to pay attention to personal protection and keep a safe distance of 1 meter during the test. All test takers are requested to wear a mask at all times except when required to remove it during the ID check session.

（7）所有考生须接受体温测量，体温＜37.3℃可入场。体温≥37.3℃的考生须接受二次测温，两次测温体温均≥37.3℃的考生不得进入考点。考试当日，出现持续咳嗽、呼吸困难等流感症状的考生不得进入考点。

All test takers are required to go through temperature screening at the entrance of the test venue. Admission is allowed only with body temperature less than 37.3℃.

---Test takers whose body temperatures are ≥37.3℃ must go through a second temperature screening.

---Test takers with twice body temperatures recorded ≥37.3℃ are not allowed to enter the test area.

---Test takers with flu symptoms such as persistent cough and difficulty in breathing on test day are not allowed to enter the test area.

（8）请考生携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件，以及纸质版考试确认信。

Test takers are required to bring along their original ID document valid and consistent with the one they use for IELTS online official registration; test takers are also required to bring along the paper version of the exam confirmation letter.

防疫期间，考生进入本考点的唯一通道是海南大学海甸校区东门（海南省海口市海甸岛人民大道58号）。本考点不提供停车服务，请考生步行进入东门。考生进入东门时需佩戴口罩、测量体温，同时核验健康码、行程码、地点码。

The East Gate of Hainan University, Haidian Campus (No. 58, Renmin Avenue, Haidian Island, Haikou City, Hainan Province) is the only access to IELTS Test Center during the epidemic prevention and control period. This test center offers no parking service. Test takers should walk direct through the east gate and mask-wearing, temperature-taking, and health code, travel history code and location code check are all a must for campus admission.

东门和考点（十号教学楼）之间约有900米距离。建议您比常规的到达时间再提前30分钟或更早到达考点，确保有足够的时间完成相关防疫要求工作，按时进入考点。

It is approximately 900 meters between the East Gate and the Test Center (Teaching Building No. 10). Test takers are recommended to arrive at the Test Center 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled test time (preferably earlier than the regular arrival time) to ensure enough time for completing the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements before entering the Test Center.
