Yet such concerns should not obscure the good that comes from the modern way of romance. The right partners can elevate and nourish each other. The wrong ones can ruin both their lives. Digital dating offers millions of people a more efficient way to find a good mate. That is something to love.

Yet such concerns should not obscure the good that comes from the modern way of romance(然而这些担忧不应掩盖这种现代的浪漫形式所带来的好处)表明作者认为online dating利大于弊,值得一试。 Yet such concerns should not obscure the good that comes from …

In conclusion, working remotely can sometimes be problematic because … and … . Yet I believe that such concerns should not obscure the good that comes from this emerging working pattern, namely greater flexibility and a better work-family balance for employees.

Although there are concerns about efficiency at work, namely those just mentioned, such concerns should not obscure the good that comes from this emerging working pattern. Firstly, teleworking spares the employee the daily chore of traveling to and from work, saving them time and money…

Unless more immigrants are allowed in, or a larger proportion of the working-age population joins the labour force, or people retire later, or their productivity accelerates, the ageing population will translate into permanently slower potential growth.

一般表示“导致、造成”我们会用result in, lead to, cause等词。 The ageing population will translate into permanently slower potential growth意为“老龄化会导致经济增长长期减缓”。

Long-term pandemic lockdown will inevitably translate into economic downturn.

More recently, several developing countries have shown that low income and comprehensive health care are not mutually exclusive. Thailand, for example, has a universal health-insurance programme and a life expectancy close to that in the OECD club of mostly rich countries.

‘low income and comprehensive health care are not mutually exclusive’意为“低收入和完善的医疗体系可以共存”。其中A and B are not mutually exclusive用来表示两个看起来不相容的事物A和B之间其实可以共存。

But, as with all questions of nature versus nurture, they are not mutually exclusive. Good musicians or artists and exceptional sports stars have probably succeeded because of both good training and natural talent. Without the natural talent, continuous training would be neither attractive nor productive, and without the training, the child would not learn how to exploit and develop their talent.

Some people think that museums should be enjoyable places to entertain people, while others believe that the purpose of museums is to educate. Discuss both views and give you own opinion.

In conclusion, it seems to me that entertainment and education are not mutually exclusive. A good museum should offer an interesting and educational experience so that people can have fun and learn something at the same time.
