　　[02:03.23This is Matt Brooks.

　　[02:05.38Alex White gave me your number.

　　[02:08.15He said you'd be able to give me some advice about moving to Banford.

　　[02:11.88LINDA: Yes, Alex did mention you.

　　[02:15.25How can I help?

　　[02:17.01MATT: Well, first of all - which area to live in?

　　[02:21.61LINDA: Well, I live in Dalton, which is a really nice suburb - not too expensive, and there's a nice park.

　　[02:32.70MATT: Sounds good.

　　[02:34.40Do you know how much it would be to rent a two bedroom flat there?

　　[02:38.63LINDA: Yeah, you should be able to get something reasonable for 850 pounds per month.

　　[02:47.08That's what people typically pay.

　　[02:50.52You certainly wouldn't want to pay more than 900 pounds.

　　[02:55.00That doesn't include bills or anything.

　　[03:07.07LINDA: Well, I'm very lucky.

　　[03:10.04I work in the city centre so I don't have to use public transport.

　　[03:20.49Is it safe to cycle around the city?

　　[03:25.62And it keeps me fit.

　　[03:28.56Anyway, driving to work in the city centre would be a nightmare because there's hardly any parking.

　　[03:38.13And the traffic during the rush hour can be bad.

　　[03:42.93MATT: I'd be working from home but I'd have to go to London one or two days a week.

　　[03:48.81LINDA: Oh, that's perfect.

　　[03:51.60Getting to London is no problem.

　　[03:55.48There's a fast train every 30 minutes which only takes 45 minutes.

　　[04:02.70MATT: That's good.

　　[04:03.13LINDA: Yeah, the train service isn't bad during the week.

　　[04:09.31And they run quite late at night.

　　[04:12.80It's weekends that are a problem.

　　[04:16.16They're always doing engineering work and you have to take a bus to Hadham and pick up the train there, which is really slow.

　　[04:28.20But other than that, Banford's a great place to live.

　　[04:33.91I've never been happier.

　　[05:16.90LINDA: There are some nice restaurants in the city centre and a brand new cinema which has only been open a couple of months.

　　[05:27.16There's a good arts centre too.

　　[05:29.90MATT: Sounds like Banford's got it all.

　　[05:31.96LINDA: Yes!

　　[05:33.30We're really lucky.

　　[05:35.02There are lots of really good aspects to living here.

　　[05:39.53The schools are good and the hospital here is one of the best in the country.

　　[05:46.97Everyone I know who's been there's had a positive experience.

　　[05:52.66Oh, I can give you the name of my dentist too in Bridge Street, if you're interested.
