[02:00.98	Woman: Oh, hi.
[02:02.54	I wanted to find out about cookery classes.
[02:05.51	I believe there are some one-day classes for tourists?
[02:08.70	Official: Well, they're open to everyone, but tourists are always welcome.
[02:12.32	OK, let me give you some details of what's available.
[02:15.66	There are several classes.
[02:17.65	One very popular one is at the Food Studio.
[02:20.45	Woman: OK.
[02:21.81	Official: They focus on seasonal products, and as well as teaching you how to cook them, they also show you how to choose them.

[02:32.17	Official: I'm not sure exactly, but they'll be quite small.

[03:23.68	Official: Well, I don't think they particularly focus on low calorie diets or weight loss.
[03:28.57	It's more to do with recipes that look at specific needs, like including ingredients that will help build up your bones and make them stronger, that sort of thing.
[03:38.70	Woman: I see.
[03:39.77	Well, I might be interested, I'm not sure.
[03:43.31	Do they have a website I could check?
[03:45.64	Official: Yes, just key in the name of the school - it'll come up.
[03:49.45	And if you want to know more about them, every Thursday evening they have a lecture at the school.
[03:54.32	It's free and you don't need to book or anything, just turn up at 7.30.
[03:58.75	And that might give you an idea of whether you want to go to an actual class.
[04:38.94	Official: OK, there's one more place you might be interested in.
[04:42.30	That's got a rather strange name, it's called The Arretsa Centre - that's spelled A-R-R-E-T-S-A.
[04:53.62	Woman: OK.
[04:54.65	Official: They've got a very good reputation.
[04:57.07	They do a bit of meat and fish cookery but they mostly specialise in vegetarian dishes.

[05:03.91	That's certainly an area I'd like to learn more about.
[05:07.46	I've got lots of friends who don't eat meat.
[05:10.24	In fact, I think I might have seen that school today.
[05:12.77	Is it just by the market?
[05:15.30	Official: That's right.
[05:16.72	So they don't have any problem getting their ingredients.
[05:19.33	They're right next door.
[05:20.92	And they also offer a special two-hour course in how to use a knife.
[05:25.74	They cover all the different skills - buying them, sharpening, chopping techniques.
