题目: Do you often do physical exercise
答案: Yeah, Sure, l work out every single day. I can’t emphasize enough the importance of physical activity because not only does it help me keep fit, but it also makes me more energetic every day. I used to feel drowsy pretty easily, but now, I'm always full of beans.

问题: Tell me something about your hometown
答案: Well Beijing is a historical city, but it is not very well-preserved, because many of the old buildings are gone. We still have a lot of traditional buildings, but they’re mixed in with modern architecture. For example if you go to the center of the city you can see the Forbidden City, which dates back to 600 years ago. It is magnificent and spectacular. I’d say it’s really beautiful. However, not very far from it, there’s a futuristic building which looks exactly like an egg. It’s a striking contrast to the Forbidden City, and I don't like it. So this is Beijing- modern and historical at the same time. Pretty weird.
语言点:
historical历史的

话题: Describe your favorite song
you should say what it is
when you first listened to it
how often you listen to it
and explain why you like this Sang
高分答案I' m going to talk about a song named Worshiping Happiness by Wilber Pan and Angela Zhang who are both household names in China. This song was a massive hit when I was in middle school and high school; almost everybody knew it and could sing it. Every time I went to a karaoke bar, there would be people singing this song and others would sing along.
This is a hip-hop song and there is both singing and rapping in it. Basically, this song just tells people that happiness is the most important and we should all strive for it.
I first listened to this song when I was 13. I remember that very clearly because one day, l got the result of a very important test. I had done pretty badly, so I was feeling despondent. Then my deskmate, a gorgeous and considerate girl suddenly began to sing this song to me. Her voice was very beautiful and the sang was really catchy. She told me this song was about being happy and I shouldn’t keep feeling glum. So yeah, that was when I first listened to this song.
I used to listen to this sang every single day in school, but now so many years have passed, I don' t listen to it as much as before. But it’s still my favorite.
I really love this song because, for starters, it s the song itself-the lyrics are so uplifting and they can put you in a better mood no matter when you listen to them, sing them or even read them. Another reason should be the girl who sang this song to me. In fact, I had a major crush an her back in middle school but she never knew that. I remember when she sang this song that day, I just felt that I was on top of the world.
话题: Describe a talkative person
you should say who this person is
how you know this person
what he or she likes to talk about
and explain how you feel about this person
满分答案: I’m going to talk about a really talkative person I saw before. In fact, he was not my friend or classmate or colleague or anything; he was just a really knowledgeable person I saw in a restaurant.
It was actually a couple of years ago, if I’m not mistaken, it was one day in the summer. My girlfriend and I wanted to eat some pizza that day so we went to the Pizza Hut closest to our home. While we were eating there, l overheard this person talking with his friends at the next table. I found him so well-read and well-spoken- he was literally talking nonstop, for at least 30 minutes. Honestly it felt like I was eavesdropping on him. Well, I was, hahaha...
What he talked about… Well during the 10 to 15 minutes when I was listening to him, um, eavesdropping on him, he touched on a wide range of things, including astronomy, religion different races, agriculture and So on. What fascinated me the most was when he talked about the fact that all races are the same - we only look different because we live in different parts of the world. I don' t remember what else he said about this, but I do remember that I listened to it very attentively.
While I was listening to him, I just couldn’t help but admire how much he knew. I remember thinking to myself: It would be awesome if I were just like him.
问题: Why do more and more Chinese people go and study abroad?
答案: Haha! I sure know a lot about this coz I’m talking this IELTS test in order to go and study in the UK.
I believe one of the fundamental reasons is that it's a great opportunity for people to be immersed in a foreign language, especially English, because most Chinese students choose to study in English speaking countries like the UK, the United States, Canada and Australia. Being surrounded by this language allows them to pick it up more easily and quickly.
On top of that, the overall experience of living and studying in a foreign country, absorbing another culture and acquiring another language, like I mentioned earlier, will all set those students apart from other people when they’re trying to find jobs. My cousin, for example, studied in Canada for three years and it didn’t take him long to land a well-paid job after returning to China, l hope it’ll be the same for me when I come back.
语言点:
be immersed in ...沉浸在
be surrounded by... ...被...所包围
Allow sb to do sth使某人能够
pick sth up习得...
on top of that另外
absorb吸收
acquire获得
set sb apart使...突出、使...与众不同
land a well-paid job找到一份薪水高的工作
问题: Describe a memorable photo
You Should say
where it was taken
when it was taken
who took it
and explain why that photo was memorable
答案: I’m going to talk about a photo of myself taken in Yuanyang, which is a spectacularly beautiful place in the south of China, in Yunnan Province actually. Yuanyang is famous for its amazing rice terraces, especially the sunrise over those terraces. The view is so breathtaking that it draws hundreds of thousands of people there every year.
This photo was taken five years ago, in the middle of my winter vacation. My dad had heard about Yuanyang and decided to go there to capture the incredibly beautiful sunrise. My parents and I went and stayed there for four days. This picture was snapped on our third day there.
My dad is an amateur photographer and one of his passions is to go around China, looking for nice views to snap photos of. This is why I said that it was he who proposed that we go to Yuanyang so that he could take nice photos. While my dad was busy capturing the sunrise over the rice terraces, I happened to block his camera at one point and he just took a photo of me.
Why it was a memorable photo .. um, honestly, I don’t think the photo itself is that good. Its just that we had an unforgettable time in Yuanyang, in this picturesque place. Since this photo was taken there, I guess ... um ... we can say it was memorable too.
