　　1. What’s the difference between the dressing style of young people and that of old people?

　　I think the young generation prefers the fashionable cloths, while the old tends to wear the conservative outfits. For instance, I am in my early twenties now, and I like to follow the trends to wear slip dress, cover up and ripped jeans. For my granny, who isn’t that fashionable and energetic enough to follow the fashion trends, would wear her blouse on daily basis.

　　2. Do you think students like to wear uniforms?

　　I don’t think they are into wearing school uniforms. Coz they fail to show their characteristics and aesthetic views by wearing uniforms. For example, when you walk into the middle school or high school, you will find that all the girl students or boy students look the same with school uniforms and similar hair styles. It is difficult for you to distinguish one student from others, since their identities are fading because of the regulation of wearing the uniforms.

　　3. When do people wear formal clothes?

　　Well, there are a variety of occasions, such as dinner party, commercial meeting and wedding ceremony. People wear formal cloths to fit the dressing code to show their respect for the special event. For example, I wore the dinner dress for the first time in the cocktail reception of my exchange university in Spain. We were required to wear formal outfits, since the ceremony was important for both the school and the students.

　　4. Do people living in south China wear different clothes from the people living in the north? Certainly yes, especially in winter. People in southern part of China would wear different kinds of cloth from people in northern part. Since south China is warmer and more humid than the north part of China, particularly in winter. People in the north would wear overcoat, down jacket and even gloves. However, people in the south would simply wear sweater. It’s not necessary for them to wear gloves and scarves.
