　　Some people think all new doctors and teachers should go to work in rural areas, while others argue that they can go to work in rural areas, while others argue that people should go where they like. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

　　Backward areas are in large demand of teaching and medical staff, e.g. children have to hike　for miles to have class & numerous sick people are left untended.

　　People in rural areas are not inferior to those in cities, e.g. quite a few successful scientists and artists have rural origins.

　　If the gap between rural and urban areas kept expanding, it would do harm to the healthy development of a country, and there would be regional discrimination, chaos and even serepration.

　　Citizens have the freedom of choice, especially those grave ones determining their future.

　　No one can force people into doing things they do not wish to do (only a dictator would do such a thing.)

　　Education nowadays is a costly investment, and people have to go through endless tests and exammes to get qualifications. Therefore, it is not fair to ask them to give up their option of becoming well-­‐off in developed regions.

　　People who are used to life in cities can hardly adapt themselves to the rural conditions.

　　Offering education and medical insurance to people is the responsibility of government and related authorities (e.g. charity), and individuals do not necessarily have to undertake it.

　　Even if they were sent to rural areas by administrative orders, they would possibly be　absent minded and cannot fully dedicate themselves.
