　　I think it’s probably fair to say that a good teacher is supposed to be charismatic, by which I mean he/she should be knowledgeable, patient and inspiring. That is to say, it is wiser to inspire students to take their initiatives to learn rather than just push them into learning in a pretty passive way. In particular in China, the vast majority of teachers tend to use the cramming system, and force students to learn. Sounds brutal, huh? But that is the fact I must admit. However, I’ve heard that in western countries teachers prefer to teach students according to their interests, which I think is far better than the educational system we’ve adopted here. That’s also basically why I so much want to go abroad for my further study. After all interest is all that matters.
