But, you know, the reality is, we all have to do something to stay sane.And a lot of people find it very addictive. Some called it our antidepressant on wheels. For the most part, it's our fountain of youth. Most of us who are older all have our responsibilities and this is the one break in our day where we get on a skateboard and this is just like we are 10 years old all over again.
