　　1. 【V1】SC考到let alone和not to mention...选项好像是not to mention doing 和let alone do sth.

　　【V2 】sb may do …..,(not to mention making sth and adding sth)

　　C. let alone make sth and add sth.

　　因为句子前半部分用了动词do，根据对称应该选C

　　【V3】对了补充那道let alone和not to mention。前面说的是什么科研人员 found it very difficult to 怎样怎样，所以后面跟let alone. 因为let alone是用在否定句里的。五个选项里只有一个是let alone的，其他的都很冗余，看到秒选就好了。

　　【V4】 let alone和not to mention...选项好像是not to mention doing 和let alone do sth.

　　1) Let alone vs not mention

　　"let alone" is more negative. See examples

　　Explanation:

　　He doesn't know French, let alone Russian!

　　I go to France for the scenery, not to mention the food!

　　not to mention = as well as 翻译：更不用说; 不消说

　　let alone = still less 翻译：更不用说，还不算; 何况; 别说

　　2) Let alone的用法和平行

　　A, let alone B A已经如此了，更别说B了;Let alone可以接的词很灵活，要注意平行

　　名词：I hardly make enough to support myself, let alone a whole family.

　　动词：He has yet to learn how to walk, let alone dance.

　　动名词：The water is too dirty for washing, let alone drinking.
