Well, you can safely freeze most foods – but not all will still taste good.
虽然你可以安全地冷冻大多数食物，但并不是所有食物经过冷冻后的口感依然良好。
Vegetables and fruit with a high water content will go limp and mushy after defrosting. That's because the water expands as it freezes, bursting the cell walls that give the plant its rigid texture.
水分含量高的蔬菜和水果在解冻后会变得软塌塌、稀糊糊。这是因为水在结冰时会膨胀，从而导致赋予植物硬性结构的细胞壁发生破裂。
Mayonnaise and cream can separate and curdle.

You can freeze cooked rice, but you'll need to cool it down quickly first.
