Drink Driving
Drink driving is a very serious issue in China. In the first half of 2009, China's Drink driving cases jumped by 9%. In Beijing alone, 97 people were killed by drunk drivers by the end of July in 2009. The deadly result has spark repeated crackdowns on drink driving and heated debates on whether offenders deserve harsher punishrnent.

Many people argue that the cost of drink driving is too low, so drunk drivers do it again and again.
