Teaching objectives:
1)Language knowledge: Read the passage fluently
2)Language skills: Make a full sentence with the third person.
3)Learning strategies: Discuss with group member and work out the exercises.
Teaching procedures:
Lean-in: 1) Review“Hobbies” (1min)
2) Ask them what they do onweekend.(1min)
3) Game: Give students three random cards and make a full sentence. (5mins)
While: 1) Show a passage about Coco. Students underline the verbs. Give them another passage in third person.(5mins)
2) Ask them to find the differences anddiscuss in group. (5mins)
3) Explain “third person” to studentsand ask them to sort out the category from the story of Coco. (8mins)
After: 1) Show them some pictures and let studentsfill the blank. (4mins)
2) Do the exercise on page 10. Studentswrite third person on notebook. Make sentences with partner. (5mins)
