  Step 1. Warming-up/Revision
  1. T: Look , what time is it? Ss try to answer. Use the real clock to learn how to read the time. For example:
  (1)直接读数。整点8:00 -- eight. 几点过9:16, nine sixteen.
  (2)几分past 几点。 9:16, sixteen past nine. 半点: half past nine 9::30.(1----30分)
  (3) 几分 to 几点。差几分几点。 (31---59分) 10:52—eight to eleven.
  say the time. 9:30, 7:00, 11:45, 3:30, 6:30
  Step 2. Presentation
  1. T: Do you know what I do at 6:30? Look, this is my daily life.
  Learn the words: my daily life. Pictures and phrases.
  in the morning = am
  Get up 6:00
  Go to school 7:00
  Have breakfast 7:30
  Have classes 8:10
  Have lunch 12:20
  in the afternoon = pm
  Have classes again 1:30
  School is over. 4:10
  Go home 5:00
  Have dinner 6:15
  Watch TV after dinner
  Do some reading/writing/speaking/listening/housework
  Go to bed 10:00
  2. T: This is my daily life, how about your daily life?(老师在讲授自己的日常生活的时候随时问学生,以达到边学边练习的目的) The Ss talk about their whole daily life.(the teacher will give them about 5minutes to practice)
  3. 学习e-mail 的格式。T: today I got an e-mail from Miss Song. Look.
  From, send to , subject. Read the e-mail together, then answer the questions:
  (1)Where is Miss Song from?
  (2)When does she go to work?
  (3)When does she do some listening?
  Step 3 Practice
  1. Listen to the tape, feel the Chinese.
  2. Listen and repeat , pay attention to the pronunciation.
  3. Read by themselves, find out what you can’t understand.
  (每一遍都给学生的任务,让学生带着问题去听或是读课文)
  4. Teach : about 大约,关于。By e-mail 通过邮件,make a sentence.(造句练习加深对词义认识,提高单词的使用能力)
