本课题组致力于探索和构建新颖的分子识别体系，发展实时、在线的荧光分析方法，为生命科学研究、临床检验、环境监测和食品安全监控提供高效的分析测量手段。目前的主要研究方向：
细胞内核酸修复酶的荧光成像方法;
低丰度基因突变的超高灵敏检测及其在临床检验中的应用;
新型功能化分子识别新材料的设计、合成和应用;
外源基因的识别和定位方法。
