　　这里有几点要注意的：

　　首先，收信人不明确时可以用Dear Sir or Madam或To whom it may concern,，最好不要只写Sir。

　　其次，内容上，写这类题材作文的时候同学们要特别注意，即使是投诉，也要礼貌和客气，不能居高临下地指责。客观的陈述事实，说明你的要求即可。

　　最后，格式上要特别注意，称呼语和署名后的标点，两个逗号一个不能少，更不能多，因为格式错了要扣分的哦;且称呼语要左对齐，署名右对齐。
