WeChat payment went on trial operation on www.12306.cn, China’s online railway ticket booking website, starting from Thursday.
微信支付从本周四开始在中国网上购票网站-12306官网上试运行。
The new payment method will be gradually applied to ticket offices and self-service ticket vending machines in railway stations in major cities across the country.
新的支付方式将慢慢的在全国主要城市的火车站售票处和自助售票机上应用。
Previously, buyers could pay through Alipay, Unionpay, and bank cards on the website.
