想找美国总统?打他电话就是了
世界风云变化，国际局势复杂，各国领导人们免不了经常沟通联络。
不过，他们之间要怎样联系彼此?专线电话?加密邮箱?
美国总统特朗普给出了自己的答案，确切的说，是他的手机号码。
据美联社报道，特朗普近来频频对其他国家领导人公布自己的手机号码， 希望他们直接跟自己联系，避开外交上的繁文缛节。当然，这一举动，让负责安全和保密的相关部门相当头疼。
U.S President Donald Trump has been handing out his cellphone number to world leaders and urging them to call him directly, an unusual invitation that breaks diplomatic protocol and is raising concerns about the security and secrecy of the U.S. commander in chief’s communications.
美联社援引白宫知情官员的话，特朗普已经把自己的手机号码给了墨西哥和加拿大的领导人，但是两人中只有加拿大总理特鲁多打了特朗普的手机。
Trump has urged leaders of Canada and Mexico to reach him on his cellphone, according to former and current U.S. officials with direct knowledge of the practice. Of the two, only Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has taken advantage of the offer so far, the officials said.
也有法国官员称，法国总统埃马纽埃尔·马克龙上月早些时候赢得选举，与特朗普通话时就互换了电话号码。不过，马克龙是否打算使用这一通话途径尚未可知。
Trump also exchanged numbers with French President Emmanuel Macron when the two spoke immediately following Macron’s victory earlier last month, according to a French official, who would not comment on whether Macron intended to use the line.
虽然对于普通人来说，用手机打电话是常有的事儿，但是领导人之间互相拨打手机就很少见了，类似于外交流程、安全保密等问题都需要考虑在内。
美国国家安全问题专家称，总统电话通常经由几条安全线路，包括设于白宫地下室的时局值班室、白宫椭圆办公室和总统专车电话，但绝不包括移动电话，即便是政府提供的手机。
U.S Presidents generally place calls on one of several secure phone lines, including those in the White House Situation Room, the Oval Office or the presidential limousine. Even if Trump uses his government-issued cellphone, his calls are vulnerable to eavesdropping, particularly from foreign governments, national security experts say.
“如果使用公开线路，那些有能力的人群就会开展监听，”美国国家安全委员会前成员德里克·乔莱特说，总统随身携带的手机不可能是绝对安全的。
“If you are speaking on an open line, then it’s an open line, meaning those who have the ability to monitor those conversations are doing so,” said Derek Chollet, a former Pentagon adviser and National Security Council official.
不过，说到手机，特朗普也有自己的烦心事儿。前总统奥巴马曾经在电视节目上爆料，美国总统有特制手机，非常好，但是不能发短信，不能拍照，不能听音乐……
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon last summer, Obama described the handset he was using at the time, saying that his handlers told him the phone was “state of the art, but it doesn’t take pictures, you can’t text, the phone doesn’t work, and you can’t play your music on it.
据英国《独立报》网站报道，特朗普在就职典礼前，安保部门也曾给他一部特制加密手机。不过特朗普还是自己的安卓手机发推特，直到最近，人们突然发现他改用了iPhone。
当然，特朗普是不是果粉不得而知，而这部iPhone也是有关部门特意为特朗普配备的。本来不会有任何app的，但是在特朗普的强烈要求下，还是装上了一个app。
