  吕勇哉,男,1937年出生,毕业于浙江大学化工学院过程控制专业。特聘教授,博士生导师。主要从事工业控制与优化专业的研究,包括Systems Modeling and Process Control,Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery ,Evolutionary Computation ,Supply Chain Management and Logistics等。  吕勇哉,男,1937年出生,毕业于浙江大学化工学院过程控制专业。特聘教授,博士生导师。主要从事工业控制与优化专业的研究,包括Systems Modeling and Process Control,Data Mining and Knowledge Discovery ,Evolutionary Computation ,Supply Chain Management and Logistics等。

  1、Innovated an Advanced Production Scheduling (APS) system with profit and evolutionary optimization for hybrid manufacturing processes,The innovation has been submitted for a US Patent under pending;
  2、A real-time optimization system for FCCU (Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit) at a large-scale oil refinery to optimize cracking product distributions with monitoring FCCU operating conditions;Received Ministry Science and technology Award in China;
  3、Innovated an integrated neural network control system for a modern hot dip coating line with coating weight prediction and adaptive learning control. This system replaced the original NKK system imported from Japan. This system was recognized as the first neural learning control system for hot dip coating line in the world. Due to the applications of this novel system, a 5% reduction in Zinc material consumption and an 8% increase in finished product yield were obtained; Received 1995 AISE Kelly Award in the USA。
