个人简介

　　1993年获西北工业大学博士学位。从1994年开始10余次访问香港大学机械工程系，开展新型金属复合多层膜研究。1999年获联邦德国洪堡基金会学术研究奖学金，赴Saarland大学从事纳米金属多层膜、晶核－晶壳纳米颗粒复合膜研究，2001年回国。现任中国材料研究学会理事，国家重点基础研究发展计划（973）“材料若干介观性能的表征及其尺度效应”项目专家组成员，九三学社南京大学委员会副主委，南京大学材料科学与工程系副主任，教授，博士生导师。
　　研究兴趣：
　　主要研究金属薄膜、氧化物薄膜的制备及其介观性能尺度效应的结构特征。在纳米复合膜制备与性能表征方面，发展了用过冷原子团族方法控制合金生长的新工艺，这一工作引起国内外同行重视，被美国科学出版社（American Scientific Publishers）《物理与化学汽相沉积手册》（Handbook of Physical and Chemical Vapor Deposition）的主编S.
