个人简介

　　1999.7毕业于清华大学，获得清华大学理学博士学位。1998年升为教授，2001年评为博士生导师。2000.1到美国加州Berkeley大学工作2年。现福建省重点学科“生化与分子生物学”学术带头人，福建省生物化学与分子生物学学会副理事长，中国生物化学与分子生物学学会酶学专业委员会委员、蛋白质化学专业委员会委员、中国农业生物化学与分子生物学分会理事、厦门市农学会常务理事。《中国生物化学与分子生物学报》、《厦门大学学报》编委，2003年入选教育部“跨世纪优秀人才培养计划”。

　　在教学上，曾经为本科生开设：“现代生化实验技术”、“酶化学”、“食品成分分析”；“食品分析与质检”等课程；为硕士生开设：“高级生物化学”、“酶结构与催化机理”、“综合训练”和“文献选读”等过程；为博士生开设：“高级酶学”、“生命科学进展”等课程。目前承担：本科生“酶学”硕士生“高级生物化学”、“酶结构与功能”，博士生“高级酶学”等过程。

　　在科研上，曾主持过4项国家自然科学基金、5项福建省自然科学基金的研究项目，2项福建省重点课题、横向课题2项、参与海洋863子课题2项。已发表研究论文180多篇，其中SCI论文69篇。研究成果获得教育部自...
