个人简介

　　于文功，男，1962年10月生，医学博士，教授，博士生导师。

　　1988年毕业于山东医科大学，1997年3月获日本大阪大学医学博士学位。现在中国海洋大学医药学院工作，主要从事分子酶学、肿瘤分子生物学和海洋药物方面的研究。近年来，已发表学术论文50多篇，其中30多篇SCI收录论文；申请国家发明专利12项，其中授权专利3项；获2003年海洋创新成果二等奖1项。

　　主要研究方向
　　1．海洋微生物分子酶学，主要是多糖降解酶的研究与开发。
　　2．以细菌群体感应系统和生物膜（Biofilm）为靶标的新型抗感染药物的研究
　　3．糖基转移酶与肿瘤转移的分子机制

　　2、国家863计划项目：利用新型β-琼胶酶制备系列高纯度新琼寡糖
　　3、教育部优秀青年教师资助计划：新型褐藻胶裂合酶基因的克隆与应用研究
　　4、国家自然科学基金项目：利用DNA重组技术研究海洋细菌新型褐藻糖的生物合成
