推荐信写作“三步走”：
指出写信人和被推荐人的关系，及推荐的原因→概述被荐人的品质、能力、性格等→.总结说明被推荐人值得被推荐(例如能胜任工作)。
注意：
推荐信要多写优点，充分肯定成绩，篇幅不宜过长，但也不能三言两语过于简单。
◆ 推荐信写作框架
第一段： 写信目的，指出写信人和被推荐人的关系;
第二段： 推荐原因(品质，能力，性格等)：多写优点肯定成绩;
第三段： 总结说明被推荐人值得被推荐(例如能胜任某项工作)。
