乡村旅游 village tourism
文化和旅游部、中国农业银行近日联合印发通知，我国将通过加大信贷投放、推进产品创新、强化政策保障、促进乡村消费等多项措施，共同推进乡村旅游高质量发展。
A series of measures, including expanding credit supply, promoting product innovation, strengthening policy guarantees and stimulating rural consumption, will be adopted to push forward the high-quality development of village tourism, according to a notice jointly issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Agricultural Bank of China.

2018年年底，文化和旅游部等17部门联合印发《关于促进乡村旅游可持续发展的指导意见》，明确了促进乡村旅游可持续发展的举措。意见明确了促进乡村旅游可持续发展的五项措施，包括加强规划引领、完善基础设施、丰富文化内涵等，还提出了完善财政投入机制、加强用地保障、加强金融支持、加强人才队伍建设等推进乡村旅游可持续发展的保障措施。专家认为，随着我国城镇化水平不断提高，乡村旅游市场规模将持续扩大。我国大约70%的旅游资源分布在乡村，开发潜力巨大。以资源和市场为导向，优化乡村旅游区域布局，将乡村旅游纳入区域社会经济发展规划，促进乡村旅游规模化、集群化发展，对于区域乡村产业振兴具有重要意义。

新农村建设一定要走符合农村实际的路子，遵循乡村自身发展规律，充分体现农村特点，注意乡土味道，保留乡村风貌，留得住青山绿水，记得住乡愁。
The new rural construction should conform to the reality and law of development in rural areas. The rural flavor and landscape should be retained, and the natural environment and local culture protected.
