一、 简历
1983年毕生于南京大学生物系生物化学专业,同年任教于沈阳药科大学生物化学教研室。在南京大学生命科学院生物化学系―医药生物技术国家重点实验室毕业并获生化与分子生物学理学博士学位。在沈阳药科大学药学博士后工作站从事药学科研工作两年。

三、研究方向
利用生物化学、分子生物学理论、技术,以药用动物等生物原材料为起始物,针对神经系统(癫痫、惊厥;镇痛)、肿瘤、心脑血管(抗血栓;促凝血)疾病的蛋白质类国内外创新药物理论基础、应用基础、开发及产业化;固定化酶工程的应用基础与产业化;基因工程应用基础与产业化;生物技术在药学、中药学的应用等研究领域和科研方向。生化药物、生物制品、基因工程药物等产业化及生产技术支持。
己申报多项药用生物分子及其获得方法的中国发明专利,其中有的申报了PCT(国际专利公约)专利以及美国和欧盟专利。在美国GenBank登录新基因多项。

②解决蛋白质、多肽、酶这类生化药物、基因工程药物生产工艺、产量、成本、 质量等生产技术
四、科研工作
先后主持承担“国家科技部十二五重大新药创制课题”、“国家自然科学基金”、“国家科技攻关”、“中国博士后科学基金”、“霍英东教育基金会―高等院校青年教师基金”、“省市重点科研、自然科学基金”等课题二十余项。在国内外期刊等发表八十余篇论文,其中三十余篇是SCI收录的杂志。出版各类教材、专著十本,如,人民卫生出版社出版的全国高等医药院校教材《生物化学》、《药学分子生物学》,中国医药科技出版社出版的《生物化学实验》,现代药学高级丛书《实用生物制药学》。
