吴春福,男,1959年2月出生,山东人。1982年毕业于沈阳药学院,留校任教。1992年、1994年分别两次破格晋升为副教授、教授,1996年被评为博士生导师。1996年任沈阳药科大学常务副校长,2000年任校长,2010年任党委书记兼校长,2011年任校党委书记。2000年获日本北海道药科大学博士学位。分别于2002、2004、2006年赴美国哈佛大学、英国牛津大学、美国密歇根大学进修政府管理、教育管理等课程。
1985年由国家公派赴意大利进修神经药理学,在国际上率先建立了应用脑内透析技术测定清醒动物脑内神经递质乙酰胆碱释放的方法,并应用此技术研究了药物和衰老对乙酰胆碱释放的影响,先后在J. Neurochem.、 J. Pharmacol. Exp. Ther.、Neurobiol. Aging、Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA等国际学术刊物上发表了论文, 研究工作的水平达到该领域国际前沿, 获得了"药理学研究专家"证书。目前吴春福教授为药理学学术带头人,主要从事中枢神经药理学、肿瘤药理学、中药药理学的研究。在药物对乙醇引起大鼠抗坏血酸释放影响的机制、西洋参中分离得到的单体拟人参皂苷F11的中枢神经系统作用与机制、合成化合物靶向抗肿瘤作用与机制、小柴胡汤抗抑郁作用的作用机制与物质基础研究中都有许多重要发现,在国内外该学术领域已经具有一定的影响。
近年来先后主持了科技部“十一五”、“十二五”重大新药创制综合平台项目、国家自然科学基金(重点项目1项,面上项目若干项)、教育部青年骨干教师基金等重大课题的研究,并主编出版了《现代老年药学》、《药学概论》等多部学术著作。曾获得国家级教学成果二等奖、辽宁省教学成果一等奖、辽宁省科技进步一等奖、吴阶平保罗杨森医学药学研究二等奖,入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,被评为辽宁省优秀专家、辽宁省首批领军人才。为本科生和研究生开设讲授《中药药理学》、《专业英语》、《药学概论》、《分子药理学》、《神经生物学进展》等课程。近年来已培养研究生120余人,其中已毕业博士47名、硕士73名,另博士后出站5人。吴春福教授指导下两名研究生分别获得了Servier中国青年药理工作者奖,、两名博士生论文获辽宁省优秀博士论文奖。至今在国内外期刊共发表学术论文近327篇,其中SCI收录148篇。
现为中国药理学会常务理事、中国药学会副理事长、辽宁省药学会理事长、沈阳市科学技术协会副主席、辽宁省人民政府学位委员会委员等。兼任《Asian Journal of Traditional Medicines》主编, 《Internationl Immunopharmacology》、《Pharmacology,Biochemistry and Behavior》和《Asian Journal of Pharmacodynamics and Pharmacokinetics》编委、《中草药》副主任编委、《沈阳药科大学学报》主编,国际杂志《International Immunopharmacology》、《Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior》、《International Journal of Neuropsychopharmacology》、《Progress inNeuro-Psychopharmacology & Biological Psychiatry》、《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》、《Food Chemistry》等的审稿人。
