张怡轩，教授，博士生导师。1992年获得沈阳药科大学微生物制药学士学位，1995年获得微生物与生化药学硕士学位，其后在生物技术制药教研室工作至今。2004年获得药学博士学位，2009年晋升教授。2008年在日本九州大学做访问学者，从事微生物来源纤维素酶的研究；2010~2011年在美国耶鲁大学医学院做访问学者，从事抗病毒药物的作用机制研究。现任沈阳药科大学生物技术制药教研室主任。担任农业部兽药评审专家、辽宁省药学会第八届抗生素专业委员会委员，为国际学术杂志《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》《World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology 》和《沈阳药科大学学报》、《亚洲传统药物杂志》等审稿人。荣获辽宁省高等学校优秀人才支持计划、辽宁省高等学校优秀青年骨干教师称号、沈阳市科学技术进步奖、沈阳药科大学十佳青年科技标兵、沈阳药科大学优秀教师等称号。 主持和参与二十余项国家、省、市及企业科研项目。近年来主要有主持国家自然科学基金“酮古龙酸菌呼吸链-电子传递系统结构研究与原位重构”、主持科技部 “国家科技基础条件平台项目-药用微生物资源平台建设”子课题；主持筹建辽宁省药用微生物工程技术研究中心；主持辽宁省教育厅高等学校创新团队项目、主持云南省应用基础研究重大项目“三七连作障碍微生态因子的研究”子课题、主持沈阳市科学技术项目“以酮古龙酸菌代谢缺陷修复为基础改造维生素C二步发酵工艺的研究”主持沈阳市科学技术项目“蛋白磷酸化抑制剂筛选与机理研究”、主持中国博士后基金项目“阿维菌素有效组分生物合成基因的定点改造”等。参与科技部辽宁省重大新药创制综合平台项目、科技部国家创新药物孵化(本溪)基地建设项目、国家自然科学基金“东北地区药用植物根际土壤真菌多样性的研究”等；主持多项企业合作开发项目。 在国内外核心期刊发表论文80余篇，其中SCI 20余篇；申请专利10项7项已授权。主编、主审、参编理论和实验教材共计8本。 近期代表性论文： 1.
