贾英，女，药物分析学博士，教授，生药学、中药分析学博士生导师，现任沈阳药科大学中药学院生药教研室主任，沈阳市中药药效物质基础筛选与评价重点实验室主任，中国博士后科学基金评审专家，国家自然科学基金通讯审评专家，沈阳药科大学学报编委，《中草药》杂志审稿专家，辽宁省细胞生物学学会理事，辽宁省中药学会会员。同时为中药质量控制关键技术国家地方联合工程实验室、国家中医药科研三级实验室中药质量控制实验室、辽宁省高等学校创新团队—质量控制关键技术、沈阳市中药标准品提取分离平台等国家、省、市学科、平台建设和实验室重要成员。
曾获沈阳市科教系统优秀共产党员、辽宁省高校班主任（导师）骨干、沈阳药科大学“教书育人”优秀研究生导师等称号。共培养硕士研究生31人，已毕业15人；协助培养博士研究生3人，其中1人荣获国家奖学金，10人获企业奖学金。

3. 神经退行性疾病活性成分筛选及中药干预研究；
4. 天然药物及复方中药新药开发研究。

曾主持或参与二十余项国家级、省级、市级及与企业科研项目。主要有：
1.主持国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项子课题“桂枝茯苓胶囊的中药材-饮片-中成药质量传递规律的示范性研究”；
2.主持中药质量控制技术国家地方联合工程实验室--中药材质量控制方法研究中心；
3.主持辽宁省自然基金（优秀人才培育计划）“基于体内过程的中药镇静催眠活性组分筛选研究”；
4.主持辽宁省教育厅高等学校创新团队项目“酸枣仁汤质量控制与评价方法的研究”；
5.主持辽宁省教育厅药物分子合理设计与制备关键技术创新平台子课题“抗老年痴呆天然药物活性筛选与质量控制研究”；
6.主持辽宁省科技厅项目“阿尔茨海默病的诊断方法与治疗药物的筛选研究”；
7.主持辽宁省生物医药产业共性技术创新平台“基于体内疗效标记物建立中药有效性评价和精准筛选共性关键技术”；
8.主持沈阳市科技局项目“五味子镇静安神活性部位的开发研究”；
9.主持沈阳市中药药效物质基础筛选与评价重点实验室；
10.参与国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)项目“银杏叶自微乳化软胶囊及其辅料中链三酸甘油酯的研制”、参与国家自然科学基金课题“生物体内多胺水平与癌症及抗癌中药疗效的相关性研究”、参与国家十一五重大专项“重大新药创制综合平台药物质量控制子平台”、参与国家十二五重大专项“企业创新药物孵化基地建设-质量控制体系建设”等。
在国内外核心期刊上发表研究论文100余篇，其中SCI论文30余篇；申请专利11项，已获得2项专利授权。主编、参编理论和实验教材共计9部。
