Research directions:Procedure of Civil Law and Law of Evidence
Profile: I complete my 4-year undergraduate study majored in law in the Southwest University of political science and law. Later, I specialized in the field of procedure law as a graduate in the foresaid university from 1989 to 1992. Then I spent succeeding 4 years in the Law College of Nanjing University as a law lecturer. To pursue further research in my specialized area, I studied as a postgraduate student in the Southwest University of political science and law. Eventially, I obtained the Doctor degree of procedure law in July 1999. After then, I went on with my occupation in the Law College of Nanjing University till December 1999. From then, I am teaching in the College of law, Zhejiang University as a Associate Professor.
Procedure of Civil Law and Law of Evidence are the main areas that I focus on. And more than 20 essays on them have been published in a series of core legal periodicals and other publications.
