研究兴趣: 近期的细胞动力学分析以及定量的生物学研究中,一些新的方法例如微流控技术已经开始被广泛的应用。其能精确的控制细胞 / 细菌所处的微环境,较高时空精度的记录细胞 / 细菌的表型行为,蛋白表达水平的变化,同时高通量的进行实验对照为细胞水平的动力学研究提供了最佳的实验工具。 我们的研究兴趣在于利用自主研发的高通量细胞动力学分析系统来进行例如酵母细胞应激响应,衰老机制,大肠杆菌耐药性,细胞及细菌趋化性等生物学问题的定量研究.
教育经历: 2001 年 7 月毕业于北京大学物理学院 学士学位, 2006 年 7 月毕业于北京大学物理学院 博士学位。
工作经历: 2006 年 7 月 -2008 年 6 月,北京大学物理学院博士后, 2008 年 7 月-2011年5月,北京大学前沿交叉科学研究院工作。2011年5月至今,北京大学物理学院, 短期访问:香港浸会大学 2003 年 7-9 月 DNA 的表面修饰,法国巴黎高师 / 巴黎十一大 2005 年 7-9 月 微流控技术,日本京都大学 2008 年 10 月 -2009 年 1 月 微结构在胚胎干细胞培养以及诱导分化中的应用。2011年5月-2011年7月,时空NO气体释放控制及细胞响应机制.
2007年-2010年主持自然科学基金青年项目"微流体系中的纳升液滴间的反应控制"
2012- 主持自然科学基金面上项目"生命体在时空变化微环境下的响应行为的定量研究",同时得到国家自然科学基金创新群体,介观物理重点实验室经费支持。
