  教育背景

  1991年7月毕业于清华大学电子工程系,获得学士学位;1996年7月获清华大学电子工程系博士学位。

  工作履历

  1996年10月至1997年9月在新加坡南洋理工大学做博士后研究。1997年10月作为研发工程师加入OKI技术中心(新加坡)从事第三代移动通信系统的研究工作,1998年8月晋升为高级工程师。1999年9月加入SONY欧洲研发中心(德国)从事欧盟数字电视DVB-T标准、宽带无线通信和60GHz超高速毫米波无线通信(Beyond Gbps)方面的研究工作,2002年10月由高级工程师晋升为PRINCIPAL ENGINEER。2009年初受聘为清华大学电子工程系教授。

  学术兼职

  国际工程技术学会会士(IET FELLOW),IEEE Trans. Wireless Communications和IEEE Communications Letters的编委,中国通信学会理事。

  研究领域

  宽带无线通信、数字电视传输、超高速毫米波通信、可见光通信等。

  研究概况

  作为负责人承担科技部863计划、国家自然科学基金和教育部自主科研计划等资助的科研项目。已获授权欧美发明专利34项(其中23项作为第一发明人、9项作为第二发明人),授权中国发明专利21项。在国外著名期刊发表SCI收录论文65篇、EI收录论文105篇,出版中英文专著各一本,获得国际旗舰会议ICC2013的最佳论文奖。
