  研究领域

  1.超精表面加工中纳米颗粒与表面作用机制;

  研究概况

  在集成电路芯片表面纳米精度平坦化制造机理方面,系统研究了纳米颗粒与表面的作用机制。建立了基于原子力显微镜、荧光显微测量技术的纳米颗粒机械特性测量、颗粒与表面作用力测量、纳米颗粒运动观测实验系统,发现纳米颗粒的机械特性具有尺度效应,观测分析了颗粒的运动行为,建立了颗粒作用表面的分子动力学模型,揭示了平坦化过程中纳米颗粒对超光滑表面形成的作用,研究成果对发展未来IC制造平坦化技术具有重要作用。

  在苛刻环境下的润滑成膜机理研究方面,研制了高压润滑膜厚度测量仪,实现了摩擦副接触压力高达3.5Gpa下的润滑膜厚度测量。研究了各种润滑剂极高压力下成膜特性,发展了传统的在常规压力下建立起来的润滑理论。结合荧光技术及光干涉测量技术,研究了乏油下润滑接触区的成膜及失效机理。

  在复杂微流体运动行为及机理方面,研究了微管道中液滴在介电泳力作用下的运动及融合规律,考虑了表面张力、介电常数、离子浓度、温度变化等效应;研究了受限液体由液膜温度梯度引起的马兰戈尼流及由此引起的剧烈蒸发现象。

  先后主持及参加国家重点基础研究发展计划973项目课题、自然科学基金课题、国际合作项目等10余项科研任务。目前主持国家自然科学基金“超低k介质/铜异质表面平坦化中的界面原子/分子迁移行为与损伤机制研究”、973项目“超高速轴承微约束空间、强剪切润滑介质的热、动力学耦合行为”,科技部国际合作项目“苛刻条件下的润滑成膜机理及润滑新材料”等项目。共发表学术论文100余篇,SCI收录50余篇,EI收录40余篇。参与撰写英文专著两部。申请专利3项。
