1、摩擦与润滑:边界润滑膜的电化学控制;摩擦模型;水基润滑;表面织构效应;机械零件的摩擦学设计。
2、智能材料与表面:电磁流变液/弹性体;智能表面;压电与磁致伸缩材料的应用。
3、微纳系统及微纳制造中的表面界面科学:MEMS的摩擦、磨损与润滑;硬盘磁头/磁盘界面摩擦学;微纳系统表面特性测试技术;气体润滑与汽相润滑;CMP过程中金属膜厚的在线测量;近场光刻加工。
